Return & Refund Policy

At Shine365, each candle is hand-poured with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because of this small-batch process, we keep our return policy simple and thoughtful.

If something arrives damaged 

If your candle arrives damaged or doesn't feel right, please email us within 3 days of delivery at shine365candles@gmail.com, along with a photo and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Returns

We hope you truly enjoy your candle, but if you need to request a return, unused items in their original condition can be returned within 7 days of delivery.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Because of the nature of our products, we're unable to accept returns on used candles.

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within a few business days.
